Ordinations

The
year 2004 was a special blessing for the graduates of St. Hubert
Seminary to the Archdiocese of Kumasi, Obuasi and Konongo-Mampong.
Kumasi had 10 deacons ordained priests and all of them began
at St. Hubert Seminary. Konongo-Mampong had nine, eight of whom
began at St. Hubert. Obuasi had six, and they also passed through
St. Hubert Seminary. The total number of ordained priests who
have passed through St. Hubert since its inception in 1970 is
close to 180. It includes three Bishops, namely Most Rev. Peter
Atuahene, Bishop of Goaso; Most Rev. Matthew Gyamfi, Bishop
of Sunyani and Most Rev. Gabriel Justice Anokye, Auxiliary Bishop
of Kumasi.
